Shipping Info
1. Dispatch Time
Orders placed before 14:00 on a weekday are dispatched the same day. Orders after that time, or on weekends and public holidays, ship on the next business day.
2. Delivery Time
Domestic delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on location and courier. International orders may take 5–14 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping may apply above a promotional threshold shown on the product and cart pages.
4. Discreet Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. No product names, logos, or content descriptions appear on the outer packaging or shipping label — only the recipient's delivery address.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view order status any time from Account → Orders.
6. International Orders
We ship worldwide. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
